Procurement Plan

The procurement of goods, works and services is conducted in accordance with the “Rules for the acquisition by subsoil users and their contractors of goods, works and services used at performance of operations for exploration or production of hydrocarbons and uranium production determined by Order No. 196 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 18, 2018 as amended and supplemented approved by Order No. 190 of the Minister of Energy dated May 26, 2022.

Procurement of goods, works and services in the course of uranium mining operations, including by contractors, is carried out in one of the following ways

1. Open tender

2. Single source

3. Open tender for prices decrease (electronic trading)

4. On commodity exchanges,

5. Procurement of goods, works and services without applying t provisions of sub-items 1), 2), 3) and 4) article 131, paragraph 1, of the Code.

Prescribed in subparagraphs 1), 2) and 3) of paragraph of the Rules shall be conducted with the mandatory use of system www.reestr.nadloc.kz by the Customer.
